Technical assistance in this sector is expressed in the drafting of industrial plans and in the analysis of the national or international reference market; in the drafting of the articles of association and in the definition of shareholders’ agreements and in the search for strategic partners, both industrial and financial.

Facilitated finance

This area essentially concerns SMEs and has the objective of acquiring and using community, national and regional funding and funding instruments. Interventions and financing opportunities for companies are multiple in all sectors of activity and may involve grants, interest subsidies and tax incentives.

The technical assistance extends from the investment planning phase, to the research phase of possible financing channels for the realization of the investments, to the planning phase up to the preparation phase of the contribution request and, if obtained, to the elaboration of the documentation requested by the paying agency for reporting.

Internationalization

This advice deals with the making of investments or the relocation of activities abroad and the planning of financial coverage for such investments. For entrepreneurs interested in partnerships in other countries, the intervention is aimed at creating joint ventures or launching commercial penetration programs; legal analysis and legal advice, economic and financial analysis and technical feasibility, carried out on the basis of economic studies and market surveys, are the starting point for this type of technical assistance.

Business crisis management

This technical assistance extends from the business analysis to the audit, in order to represent the real state of the art of the company, and moves to the verification of possible debt restructuring both as a function of business continuity and liquidation or in the preparation of proposals and plans of distribution concerning preventive or out-of-court agreements.

Auditing

The audit activity is mainly carried out according to the following four professional sectors:

for the intermediate and final reporting of projects using European funds, both direct and structural;

Technical assistance is aimed at supporting both public and private entities in participating in European or international tenders, covering the following range of activities:

  • planning and extension of the international tender offer or of the proposal or expression of interest;
  • management of contacts and activation of discussions with the competent institutions of the European Union and other international organizations for the realization of international projects;
  • partner search activities, organization and management of transnational partnerships;
  • setting and monitoring of project accounting;
  • economic and financial consultancy in the implementation of the project;
  • preparation of the final report and accounting of the project.
